You make a brutal, yet valid point. I don't understand the confusion, as I think you make it very clear, that you personally don't stand for quantity over quality or condone regurgating garbage.

As writers who are trying to "make it" online, we must accept some truths, even if they are a bitter pill to swallow. Going against the tide and writing quality stories are always an option.

I've been writing fiction on Medium, the past month, averaging single digit views. That's okay, because it's my choice. But I made the choice, while accepting the reality, that making money while writing online, is a numbers game.
