This bit made my brain hurt.

…and poked around for a solid hour, trying to find the forms where the letter told me they would be. The search bar kept coming up empty, and anywhere I went, I got caught in an infinite loop that always led back to the original documents page where these particular forms supposedly existed but didn’t.
