I've had such a weird love-hate relationship with food all of my life that I didn't even know where to start.
With diet culture sub-consciously ingrained in our brains and for me personally advertised by my Mother on the daily, we often lose sight of what is important.
Now, finally, as a 30-something adult, I realize that the place to start is by thinking about how I want to better my life, make things easier by myself, and pursue positive goals, that I want to pursue.
