My thoughts exactly. I’ve seen this trend too, every change in management means “let’s do things differently” or “here’s my plan to shake it up”.
Most people take no effort to understand things, to learn what works and what doesn’t.
Stats are too complicated now. Maybe that will change, or maybe not.
