My partner went into a deep dive about this topic after we watched the Netflix series Narcos a few years ago. We kind of suspected that nothing good was going to come out of Escobar's Hippo pool.

Thanks for all the information, and I agree, inaction is not the answer. This is definitely a problem worth looking into. I think we don't even know all the consequences that could occur, because it's an unprecedented situation.
