Like others in the comments, I love the energy of this poem. Like the bandages, there are so many layers here. I'm in awe.

So much of this reminds me of ever-changing beauty standards in society, media, etc., and how if we try to keep up with them, we'll always be a step or two behind, losing everything and ourselves in the process.
