I think very few people are passionate about what they do, and genuinely want to make a difference.

When one has a career, it becomes their life. So it's easier to believe (I think) that it is what they were meant to do.

Nothing wrong with having a job or jobs. Or making it up as we go along. After all, we're not feeding each other. So why not do what we think is best?
