I love it. You could write a 19-minute read and I'd read it.
Here are some ideas, of course, you don't have to take them, lol.
1. I like the idea of a documentary within the story, so it's sort of happening at two levels. Also, allowing room for talking to the audience.
2. Passerby can become more and more invested in the story, as people often do after watching too many true crime shows.
3. Agnes is hiding a lot of things, starting with every object she's acquired for the garage sale.
4. Cleo hired the director for a reason. With everything that goes down in the future, having video evidence will help the narrator immensely.
