Number 6: Oh how I hate that word, and people who use "team" 13 times in two sentences. When they make a colossal mistake, it's "we're all in this together", "we're learning." Like we get paid the same. When someone does something on their own, it's often despised and not "aligned with the culture". Then it's "think outside the box". Madness all of it.
